I did find errors in the debug log, however GFI support is closed today. I confirmed this is happening for all of our users. However the user is still actually receiving these emails in their email inbox. In the log files it does reflect the email was blocked or sent to the users spam folder. At 1:52AM both GFI Mail Essentials and GFI Mail Security stopped blocking emails.
